Practice Areas
Conflict Management & Civil Litigation
Conflict Management: The United States Institute of Peace (USIP), defines conflict as “an inevitable aspect of human interaction…when two or more individuals or groups pursue mutually incompatible goals.” Importantly, the definition clarifies: “conflicts can be waged violently, as in a war, or nonviolently, as in an election or an adversarial legal process. When channeled constructively into processes of resolution, conflict can be beneficial.”
It is my goal to help my clients manage their conflicts with higher ideas – not to win but to meet their adversaries on common ground and find resolutions that have deeper meaning – that is resolutions most beneficial to family goals and peaceful living.
Credit Counseling & Bankruptcy
All families and individuals will ultimately need credit counseling during their lifetimes. Credit is necessary and beneficial if used wisely.
I have counseled many clients, business and individuals, and help them meet their financial goals as well as solved hiccups that inevitably happen along the way. I am also licensed in the Southern District Court of California if you are insolvent and need federal relief. I do simple Chapter 7 matters at a reasonable cost.

Real Property
I am not only a licensed Lawyer, but I am also a licensed Real Estate Broker for the state of California.

I am readily available to counsel my clients in their real estate investments whether for their own homes or for investment purposes
Business Contracts & Conflicts
I have experience as a corporate CFO and a small business owner with extensive work in the creation of a new entity as well as all of the plethora of issues that bloom out of the management of such business.
I also regularly manage the books of several clients as a “side hustle.” This experience positively adds to my ability to advise my small businesses as they manage through day to day operations as well as specific conflicts and issues that present themselves everyday.
Family Management
As a Minister for the Universal Life Church, I have married many couples and counseled them as they begin their lives together.
Marriage is a deeply important decision that affects the human soul so profoundly that I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to seek counsel before, during and after the actual wedding day. As children are added, the marriage and all of its tentacles (both positive and negative) further entwining the couple through the years.
I am especially adept at counseling a reasonable couple to resolve conflict and find success in their marriage. I believe in marriage. If, through my counseling a couple finds a divorce necessary, I will help them navigate through the legal process with an emphasis on providing the best outcome for the children. However, I will send parties to seek separate counsel if the matter becomes adversarial.
