About
Over many years, many legal matters, many conflicts, I have developed a vision for myself and my community that is somewhat simpler than the world today. Society and culture in the United States has become a “race to nowhere.” And in the aftermath of the great reset of 2020, I envision smaller communities banding together for a better life. A life not judged by industry in which you work, the car you drive, the neighborhood you live in, and where or “if” your child went to college. In this world, the role of the lawyer is less of a bulldog and more of a wise friend who can help you navigate legal and financial issues will less anger and more certainty.
In ancient times, tribes did not have state bars and professional licenses but they did have conflicts and those conflicts were solved with the help of certain members of the tribe with the skills and the respect of the tribe to make good and just decisions and while we will probably never go back to a world without a Court with the ultimate power over conflict resolution, we can certainly go back to smaller, tighter communities where all members thrive without the pressure of constant competition and conflict in order to reach some crazy and meaningless “top.” Whatever that “top” might be.
I am a sole practitioner with a small community of clients who use my services in their everyday lives. I will be the one who answers the phone when you call. I will send you to another professional if your issue/conflict warrants a different approach. I won’t nickel and dime you, ever. I am a Counselor at Law. I am a California licensed attorney. I am a member of the Federal Court in San Diego. I am a licensed California Realtor. I am an ordained Minister of the Universal Life Church for the purposes of officiating marriages. I am also a bookkeeper, a mother, an equestrian, a farmer, a chef, an animal lover, a volleyball player, and always, a friend.
